Create a sustainable organization to address municipal/small community water system groundwater decline based on localized conditions

Generate awareness and create calls to action for the depletion of potable water in the Basin, the urgent need to address the situation, and the efforts of the Coalition

Lead the development of regional groundwater planning and the identification and promotion of new and/or alternative water sources

Members
There are two categories of members:

Member—any person residing in Washington or any entity operating in the FLAG (Franklin, Lincoln, Adams, and Grant) counties with an interest in Group A and B water systems.

Associate Member—any state or federal elected official, agency, department, or staff person representing such.
Each qualified Member is entitled to one vote per matter brought before the membership, including board elections. Associate Members are non-voting.
