Lead the development of regional groundwater planning and the identification and promotion of new and/or alternative water sources

There are two categories of members:
Member—any person residing in Washington or any entity operating in the FLAG (Franklin, Lincoln, Adams, and Grant) counties with an interest in Group A and B water systems.
Associate Member—any state or federal elected official, agency, department, or staff person representing such.
Each qualified Member is entitled to one vote per matter brought before the membership, including board elections. Members that are also entities (representing more than one person) must identify a voting member who will cast a vote on the entity’s behalf. Associate Members are non-voting.
