The CBSWC is having Board elections, and we want to make sure you get the opportunity to vote! Please fill out the membership form to confirm your membership to receive a ballot.

Membership is free and each qualified Member is entitled to one vote per matter brought the membership, including board elections. Associate Members are non-voting. Ballots will be sent out via email on October 16, 2025. Learn more →

We have seven Board positions up for election this year:*

Board Position 11, County Commissioner Position #2
Board Position 13, Conservation District Position #2

*Board Directors must be members of the Coalition, which means they must reside in Franklin, Lincoln, Adams, or Grant (FLAG) Counties, and are not a state or federally elected official, agency, department, or staff person. Water Purveyor means a representative from a Group A or B water system located in the FLAG counties. At-Large means any person living in the FLAG counties. County Commissioners must be currently elected commissioners from one of the FLAG counties, no more than one Director shall represent the same County.

Become a Member

There are two categories of members:

Member—any person residing in Washington or any entity operating in the FLAG (Franklin, Lincoln, Adams, and Grant) counties with an interest in Group A and B water systems.
Associate Member—any state or federal elected official, agency, department, or staff person representing such.

Each qualified Member is entitled to one vote per matter brought before the membership, including board elections. Associate Members are non-voting. Membership to the Columbia Basin Sustainable Water Coalition is free!
