Groundwater levels in areas of the Columbia Basin have been declining for decades and now impact almost all water wells. It is critically important that water systems have a reliable water source. A coalition of water purveyors and other municipal and small community water system stakeholders meet to develop locally and regionally implementable activities to address the issue for domestic groundwater supplies. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of every other month.
